This is how we work to counteract the spread of coronavirus

Here at Ersta conference, hotel & terrass, we make an extra effort to create flexible solutions so that all our customers and guests feel safe in the prevailing circumstances. We do our utmost to avoid the spread of covid-19 and urge everyone to take responsibility for reducing the spread through good hand hygiene and to stay at home at the slightest feeling of illness.

In addition to placing hand disinfectant at the entrance to the conference and hotel and at the dining rooms at the restaurant, we do the following:

The conference department

Puts all conference parties as far apart as possible. Advantageously one party per floor.
Furnishes with at least one meter between all chairs where possible.
Schedules breaks and lunch at different times.
Serves conference lunch in your own room if desired.

The hotel

Place guests in rooms as far apart as possible.
If the guest wishes, we prepare their own breakfast tray that can be eaten either in their own room or in the breakfast dining room. Pre-ordered at the reception the night before.

Serving instead of buffet.
Sparse furnishings in our three dining rooms.
