Arrival and departure
You will be able to access the room at 14:00 the day of arrival and check-out must be made by 11:00 on the day of departure. If arrival is after 20:30 on weekdays and after 18:00 on weekends, you need to give an estimated time of arrival.

Payment
The room is paid in advance or on arrival. We accept payment by credit card only. The hotel has a legal right to detain the luggage and in some cases even to sell it if the guest fails to pay full rate.

Cancellation and no-show
Cancellations must be made no later than 18:00 the day prior arrival. Cancellation must be in writing and must be confirmed by us. For group bookings the cancellation policy is 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation of single rooms can be made until the day prior to arrival, before 18:00. In case of no-show or late cancellation the hotel will charge the cost for one night. If the hotel has had other costs with the reservation must also be replaced by the guest.

Responsibilities and requirements
If the hotel cannot provide the agreed accommodation, you are entitled to equal room at the hotel or its equivalent in another hotel. It is only allowed to smoke in designated areas outdoors. Indoors there is a complete ban on smoking throughout the hotel. It is not allowed to bring pets. In violation of this the hotel has the right to charge an additional fee.
